Need help with your account, a build or a purchase? Email admin@brickschat.com with a description of the problem and your device type. Include a build link if relevant. Never send your password or payment-card details.
Signing in
Use the same sign-in method and account you used when creating your builds. For email and password accounts, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
Purchases and subscriptions
Open Account, billing and usage to restore mobile purchases. Sign in with the BricksChat account used for the purchase and the same Apple or Google store account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the store where you subscribed; web subscriptions are managed through your BricksChat account on the website.
Builds and instructions
Open a saved build to inspect its 3D preview and available pictures. Instruction packages include the building steps, PDF and parts inventory. Completed unlocks stay available after a subscription ends. If an output is missing or a build needs a correction, ask your designer in its conversation or contact support.
