Contact
BricksChat is built and operated by the Mereology Labs team (mereologylabs.com). For questions about personal data, contact admin@brickschat.com.
Account and sign-in
We use your email address, name, account identifier and sign-in information to manage your account and access to BricksChat. If you choose Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in, that service shares your account identifier, basic profile and email address according to the permissions you approve. BricksChat does not receive your Google, Facebook or Apple password.
Your builds
BricksChat processes the messages, images and files you submit to create and save your designs, conversations and build outputs. Design content is sent to the AI service used to generate your build, currently Anthropic. Authorized BricksChat administrators can view builds and conversations to investigate failures and provide support. Please submit only information you are comfortable including in a design request.
Gallery sharing
The “This build may be shown publicly in the BricksChat gallery” choice is enabled by default. You can untick it on a finished build or in its build panel to keep it out of the gallery and withdraw its gallery submissions. Gallery sharing does not publish your conversation or prompt.
Service providers and storage
The web app is hosted on Vercel and the account and application services run on Hetzner infrastructure. Amazon SES delivers account emails. New account notifications sent to our private Discord operations channels include your email, name, account identifier, sign-in method and verification status so we can manage access and support. These services process technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and protect the service. The web app loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google, Meta, Apple and these providers process information under their own applicable privacy terms; processing may occur outside your country.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple or Google processes purchases made in the mobile app; Stripe processes purchases on the web. BricksChat does not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat validates mobile purchases and helps restore access using a BricksChat-specific account identifier, purchase history, receipts or purchase tokens, subscription status and technical information such as the app and operating-system version. We keep purchase and entitlement records to deliver paid features, resolve support requests and meet accounting obligations. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.
Analytics
On the web, we count visits with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool we host ourselves. It records the page, referring site, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and approximate country. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across other sites.
Feedback
When you choose to rate the app or a build, we save your rating, optional comment, account identifier, platform and the selected build version. We share this feedback with the BricksChat team in a private Discord channel to improve the service. Please leave sensitive personal information out of comments.

Device storage
We store your session token on your device to keep you signed in. On the web, a temporary social sign-in attempt is stored in your browser tab and removed when the callback is handled. You can sign out or clear browser storage to remove the local session.
Purpose and retention
We process account and design data to provide the service you request, and technical data to operate and secure it. Your account and saved builds remain available until deleted. Deletion requests are reviewed to verify account ownership; limited records may need to be retained for security or legal obligations, and backup copies may remain until rotated.
Your choices and rights
Contact admin@brickschat.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction of processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Revoking Google, Facebook or Apple access does not itself delete your BricksChat account or saved builds.
