Delete your account

Request deletion of your BricksChat account, linked sign-ins, conversations, uploaded files, saved builds and public shares. Once deletion is complete, these cannot be recovered. Purchase and tax records that we must retain are excluded.

Our team processes requests within 7 days and emails you when deletion is complete. You do not need to send a separate email or contact support. You can cancel a pending request here.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription first to avoid future charges. Your plan and cancellation controls are on your account page.
