Hotel rooftop jazz terrace: a 4,001-part brick model designed with BricksChat

Hotel rooftop jazz terrace

I’ve got the 10297 Boutique Hotel on my modular street. Add a rooftop jazz terrace and one more guest-room floor that looks like it was always there. The floors still need to lift off, and it has to keep connecting to its neighbours.

Gather your own pieces or use the CSV’s part names, colours, quantities and Pick a Brick searches. IDs are LDraw part IDs, not LEGO element IDs. Check the colour and variant before ordering; some pieces may be unavailable or need a substitute. The CSV is a shopping list, not a cart import.
