Gather your own pieces or use the CSV’s part names, colours, quantities and Pick a Brick searches. IDs are LDraw part IDs, not LEGO element IDs. Check the colour and variant before ordering; some pieces may be unavailable or need a substitute. The CSV is a shopping list, not a cart import.
